My passion lies in supporting individuals through all stages of the childbearing years, from those navigating pelvic pain or fertility challenges, through pregnancy and the fourth trimester, and into the wisdom of peri- and post-menopause. I believe each stage of life brings its own unique gifts and challenges, and I strive to honor the cyclical nature of life while empowering you to move through each phase with grace and ease. Off the Grid Midwifery & Health
Kay Jackson, CNM, ARNP (she/her)
Kay has practiced midwifery in the Puget Sound for 30 years. She has curtailed her up-all-night midwifery life to concentrate on her other specialty: a nurse practitioner (ARNP) committed to personalized care.
She emphasizes a functional medicine approach to evaluating hormone balance, metabolism, your genetics, and how these influence the way medications and supplements are used in your body. With this information, Kay can make suggestions for changing (or starting) a treatment regimen that can be fine-tuned over time to decrease inflammation, increase metabolic balance, mood stability, and overall wellness.
The use of correct-for-you supplements, compounded hormones, and specific pharmaceuticals is always undertaken in partnership with you, based on your desire for a particular level of care. Kay often works alongside a client's existing therapist, PCP, or midwife to find and optimize treatments for physical and emotional issues. She is committed to providing exams and consultations in a person-centered and sensitive way, without the time-limits imposed by traditional medical practices. Call Office Goddess Stacey at 360-633-9146 to make an appointment.
Sarah Howard
Sarah Howard (she/her)
Hi, I’m Sarah. I never knew I could dream big and create whatever life I wanted, rather I followed the rules: Go to college, start a career, get married, buy a home, have babies and success and joy will just happen. (Spoiler alert: I wasn’t really feeling those things) I felt like I was on a conveyor belt, and I decided to get off of it after the birth of my second child. I was able to step away from my childcare career to stay home and figure out what type of life I really wanted while nurturing my littles. I began connecting to myself in ways I didn’t know were possible. I learned about myself through astrology, human design, my cycle and movement to name a few. Through my inner work I found I wanted to set down holding space for children and begin to hold space for adults. I now hold space through lactation support, yoga and SomatIQ Breathwork.
I was raised as a military child and am now married to a veteran. We have three children whom we homeschool in the PNW. I am a college graduate with a BA in Child Development and I have a decade of experience in childcare, mainly supporting military and incarcerated families. I am on a lifelong journey of unlearning martyrdom and releasing control, breaking generational cycles.
SomatIQ Breathwork has guided me to profound self-discovery and self-connection. I am grateful to hold space for other people to breathe with the opportunity to receive similar gifts. Learn More!
Pushing Boundaries Bodyworks LLC
Mari (mAH-dee) Allday, LMT (she/her)
I help my clients take their wellness journey into their own hands by empowering them to get out of their heads and into their bodies. I do this by providing space and compassionate touch allowing them to be at peace so healing can occur.
My passion for women’s health, and helping women better understand their bodies begand in high school. In 2017, I graduated from the Universal Therapeutic Massage Institute in Albuquerque, NM. In 2020, I trained through Birthing Advocacy Doula Training to become a full-spectrum doula. In 2021, I studied Yomassage® as a way to combine my love for yoga with my passion for massage. In 2023, I became certified in Spinning Babies® to help my clients use movement to prepare for birth and support during labor.
I honor all reproductive experiences and provide non-judgmental support, by offering prenatal planning sessions, bodywork, emotional support and advocacy for the duration of the birth as well as postpartum planning sessions. I am a sliding scale doula specializing in support for women of color, single mothers, low income families or just those in need of a little extra TLC.
As a doula I plan to help birthing people and new parents during their reproductive journey, to ensure they are getting the holistic care THEY need, so they can grow their family. Whether it’s from conception and fertility planning to postpartum and beyond, I will be by your side.
I am Mari and I’m a licensed massage therapist and full-spectrum doula.
Integrity Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine, PLLC
Carolyn Arenas, MAcHM, AEMP/LAc, RN (she/they)
I am a board certified Acupuncturist, Herbalist, and Registered Nurse with over 20 years of healthcare experience. I absolutely love working together with people as they travel through their life’s transitions, providing safe, effective care with warmth, insight, and integrity.
The word integrity comes from the Latin integritas, which means oneness, wholeness. It is the strength and honesty that comes from being unified, whole, and undivided; where all the parts of oneself are welcomed.
The practice of Acupuncture and East Asian Herbal Medicine is one which seeks to see each person as a whole, and to help guide them toward their unique balance. It excels in treating all sorts of conditions such as acute or chronic pain, sports injuries, migraines and headaches, digestive issues, sleep problems, and allergies; as well as supporting individuals through pregnancy, labor/delivery prep, post-partum recovery, and alleviating peri-/post-menopausal symptoms. We can use this medicine to discover our most authentic truths, to resolve dis-ease, and to experience the health and vitality that flows when we are integrated within body, mind, and spirit.
I look forward to meeting you!
