I am a board certified Acupuncturist, Herbalist, and Registered Nurse with over 20 years of healthcare experience. I absolutely love working together with people as they travel through their life’s transitions, providing safe, effective care with warmth, insight, and integrity.

The word integrity comes from the Latin integritas, which means oneness, wholeness. It is the strength and honesty that comes from being unified, whole, and undivided; where all the parts of oneself are welcomed.

The practice of Acupuncture and East Asian Herbal Medicine is one which seeks to see each person as a whole, and to help guide them toward their unique balance. It excels in treating all sorts of conditions such as acute or chronic pain, sports injuries, migraines and headaches, digestive issues, sleep problems, and allergies; as well as supporting individuals through pregnancy, labor/delivery prep, post-partum recovery, and alleviating peri-/post-menopausal symptoms. We can use this medicine to discover our most authentic truths, to resolve dis-ease, and to experience the health and vitality that flows when we are integrated within body, mind, and spirit.
