I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who specializes in the journey towards authentic parenthood. With almost 10 years of birth work experience, I collaborate with clients to provide the therapeutic services they need. I provide individual, couple, and system support for people who are exploring becoming parents, actively trying to become parents, are new parents, have been parents for a long time, or are trying to re-parent themselves.

Using IFS, attachment theory, and emotionally focused therapy I support clients being in an authentic relationship with self so that they can be in authentic relationships with others.
